Eden Park Residency
This campaign titled “Eden Park Residency, Everything You’ve Wanted in One Place” was published in Armenia in July 2024. Created for the brand Eden Park by Trilogy Creative in collaboration with Humans Talent Agency, the project was developed and directed by Armik Israyelyan. Executed in the film medium, the campaign is situated within the Real Estate and Recreation & Leisure industries and consists of one primary media asset. It was selected as Armenia’s official campaign entry for the Ads of the World Awards.
Concept & Execution
As the residency was still under development, building an entire world from scratch was central to the concept. By combining practical set design with CG environments, the campaign helped visualize the future residency before construction was completed, allowing audiences to imagine the spaces and atmosphere of the development. Working with a child protagonist and discovering Eden world through her eyes became a key aspect of the narrative.
Evaluation & KPIs
The project strengthened the brand identity of Eden Park as a modern residential community and served as a key visual communication piece across digital platforms and promotional materials. It was selected as official campaign entry from Armenia for Ads of the World Ads Awards.
