Film Direction

Screenwriting and Story Editing

Every project begins with story. I develop scripts through research, structure, and character exploration, working to uncover the core of the narrative. During development I focus on refining the story’s structure, rhythm, clarity from emotion to script. I also practise story editing - where join the development not as a writer but as a story editor by focusing on the flow of the script.

Directorial Research and Worldbuilding

Research is a fundamental part of my directing process. I explore cultural, historical, and visual references to build believable and immersive worlds. Through visual research, mood boards, and concept exploration, I develop the atmosphere, visual tone, and thematic layers that shape the film’s own world.

Casting and Process with Actors

The world of course depends on the faces that will impersoante the characters. Casting is about finding the right human presence for the story. I approach the process collaboratively, focusing on authenticity and emotional connection to the character. Through rehearsals, conversations, and exploration on set, I work closely with actors to develop truthful performances and strong character relationships.

Crew & Production

Filmmaking is a collective art form. I work closely with cinematographers, production designers, costume designers, and producers to translate the concept into a clear visual and production strategy. By building a shared understanding of the film’s tone and visual language, we create an efficient production process.

Post-Production & Delivery

In post-production the film finds its final form. Through editing, sound design, music, and color grading, I shape the film’s rhythm, atmosphere, and emotional flow. This stage allows the story to fully come together, refining the cinematic experience until the final delivery.
